Marino's Fine Cars Subaru

I am wildly unhappy with this dealership. I trust Marino's Fine Cars dealership ZERO. * I paid $161 for an Audio Diagnostic. * My problem: Front Speakers (both sides) not working on a 2019 Crosstrek. Back Speakers worked fine. * I was quoted $1200 to replace the tweeters only (450 for EACH tweeter plus 160 in labour). See attached Estimate. * Was also told, "If that doesn't work, we'll have to replace the amplifier", which was going to be another $1400. * So they gave me a quote for about $3000, and they were admitting they didn't even "know" what the problem was, after a diagnostic. * I took my car at 18 minute drive down the street, and was able to find someone to replace BOTH speakers for $200 total INCLUDING parts, labour and tax. He diagnosed the problem by holding his hand up to the speaker and IMMEDIATELY said, "Your tweeters are blown. Have to replace them". * Repeat: I trust Marino's Fine Cars dealership ZERO.

Just did my 20k service on my subaru 2022 wrx. When I called to book an appointment they said its just under 200 cad plus tax for oil change. I went to this place and they said the scheduled maintenance is 540 plus tax. I asked the advisor whether I void my warranty if I do not do all the inspections. He said, he would upload in website as customer declined for inspections and it might void the warranty.I accepted the deal and later I found out subaru will not void your warranty if your oil changes and basic stuffs are done. Please be aware guys this is Just to change oil , rotate tires and general inspection. Finally They charged 663 cad for my second service. Not going to this place again. I suggest you to find a repair shop and do it for better rate. These dealership are stealing our money.

This is the rating for bad sales representative experience. Sales guy, I spoke with, was terribly rude. No sales skills at all, quite introvert and provided minimum information (on a need to know basis) about the car. He even tried to intimidate me for asking a technical query, probably thought I am too naive that I don’t know the basics. I might not be technically sound in car mechanics but have a good driving experience up to Ottawa but this guy did not even allow me to take full test drive and drove himself on the highway, showing lack of trust/respect for the customer. If you wanna go for Subaru, please avoid this dealership or you may also bump into such arrogant sales people. Who knows they may have more such kinds under their arms.

It was a delight doing business with this dealership. No tricks, hidden fees, or otherwise shady business like many other dealerships employ. We had the pleasure of dealing with Cristian, who was very genuine, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our emails and calls. The car was professionally detailed prior to picking up and the car it was in great condition, given that it was a fleet car. I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically Cristian, if you want someone who is professional, friendly, and patient.

I have bought my Subaru Forester 2022 from here. They kept their promise to deliver my car in 6 months and ordered a factory when no other Subaru dealer was ready. Overall buying experience is nice. Recently I came here for my 1st service and it also went nice. I would really like to appreciate the best and genuine service advice I have got it from Mr Harry Kohli.. He has helped me before with correct advice while purchasing other car accessories. This is what all customers are looking for " Value for Money and right advice" I would certainly recommend this dealership for buying new car.
